Services
American Conditioned Air provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services including but not limited to repair, installation, maintenance, and inspection for residential and commercial properties in the Tucson, Arizona area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Pricing and Payment
We use flat rate pricing for our services. Pricing is provided before work begins, and you will not be charged more than the quoted amount for the agreed-upon scope of work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and checks.
Warranties
Our work is backed by a 30-day labor warranty on repairs performed. New equipment installations are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified at the time of installation. Warranty claims must be reported promptly. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Limitation of Liability
American Conditioned Air, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
